Our expert delivery team can assemble the bed for you in your desired room, saving you time and effort. If you prefer to assemble it yourself, we provide an assembly manual and video tutorial for guidance.

Return Policies
Eligibility & Conditions
- Bed frames, mattresses, bedding, and accessories can be fully returned and refunded if dissatisfied.
- Made-to-order items can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrect.
- For health and safety reasons, used bedframes, bedsheets, duvets, mattresses, and protectors cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery: 07459 197833 / 07376 933119.
- Returns may be due to faulty items, incorrect delivery, or dissatisfaction.
- Photos of any damage or imperfections may be requested to determine the best solution.
- Items should be returned in the same condition as received; disassembly is not required.
- Returns are collected Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, according to our delivery schedule.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received in stock.
- Delivered and returned orders will be refunded within 7 working days.
- Orders not yet delivered will be refunded within 7 days of notification.
- Purchase price is refunded minus a £50 administration fee per order (applies to bed frames, sofas, and sofa settees only).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method for security reasons.
